In Chrome, for example, this problem does not arise - there the panel takes up less space and the size of the Instagram window adapts to its location. You can also upload photos to Instagram from a computer that only has standard Edge. To do this, open Instagram in the browser and go to the developer toolbar.

You can do it like this:

• instead of three dots, you can press Alt + X - and then also select “Developer Tools”;
• press Ctrl + Shift + I to go to “Developer Tools” directly;
