Rooting the BlueStacks emulator with BSMultiTool. Rooting the BlueStacks emulator with BSMultiTool Hiding features and other important information

At the moment, literally every user can afford to download Bluestacks and get the best emulator for Android. Thanks to the program, you can download any games and spend time communicating in the WhatsApp application. Now such opportunities are opening up due to the fact that the application is available for use on Windows OS.

Bluestacks is a dedicated Android emulator that can be used to run a variety of applications and games on computers running Windows operating system as well as MacOS. Without an emulator, it will not be possible to play your favorite games and use applications, so there is no way to do without an emulator.

Please note that the application is in great demand not only among programmers who test games and applications on the computer, but also among ordinary users

Previously, games presented on mobile phones were not available for use on a computer, so users could not enjoy interesting and colorful games in a different format. And besides, users of the popular iPhone smartphones could not install games for Android, since various software requirements and extensions did not provide such an opportunity. But now everything has changed dramatically. Modern Bluestacks emulator for Android allows for any device install applications and games, which were previously inaccessible for a number of objective reasons.
Another important advantage of using the Bluestacks application is the ability to record ladder plays for any mobile phone games. But this requires the installation of special software.

Key features of the Bluestacks program:

There are more than enough advantages and opportunities in using such a program, but it is worth highlighting the following important options:

There are no restrictions on the number of games and applications available for installation.
- You can use the emulator to make calls and write messages.
- It is possible to install applications through the Google Play market.
- Versions are provided not only for the Windows operating system, but also for Mac.
- Full screen mode supported.
- The program provides the ability to use 12 languages, so that each user can choose exactly the option that suits him.

Bluestacks benefits:

Simplicity and ease of installation, because you just need to open one file.
- Many applications are provided for simple and convenient operation.
- The application is provided on the Internet for free, which is good news.

Disadvantages of Bluestacks:

Older computers that provide minimal technical performance may not run some applications.
- The program may sometimes freeze. Of course, manufacturers have tried to minimize such negative phenomena, but they can still be present.
- When you are running the Bluestacks emulator, the arrows on the keyboard may not work in other open programs, thereby creating corresponding inconvenience.

BlueStacks is considered one of the best Android emulators for PC. It is easy to use and least demanding on resources. The disadvantage is the periodically low compatibility with processors. Also, in BlueStacks root rights are obtained through complex manipulations.

When should you not use root?

The most accurate question to ask is: is this procedure necessary now? Indeed, in versions of BlueStacks above the fourth root, the “super user” rights are installed automatically, and their activation is no longer required. The method described below is relevant for older versions of the program.

You can download the latest version of BlueStacks with root rights from the official website.

Maybe root is already enabled?

Unlike most other emulators, in BlueStacks root rights are not obtained with one button. But depending on the virtual device settings, they may already be provided. The first step is to check if they have been added:

In addition to reporting the presence/absence of the required accesses, the application offers to learn more about the opportunities provided by such rights or suggests how to obtain them. The method described by the application is not entirely suitable for BlueStacks; it is intended for regular phones.

  1. Another window shows about their absence.

This application must be installed in the emulator. It will work in the Android shell. In the same way, the full access setting is subsequently checked.

Getting root rights

Since you won’t be able to get such access in a couple of clicks, you will have to download a separate program and spend some time. The instructions will help you resolve the issue:

This window will be active for up to 15-20 minutes. When the program ends, the window will disappear automatically or a text input marker will appear. To close the window, enter “ rootkk».

Now root rights are available in the BlueStax emulator. Alas, it is almost impossible to set up such access in any other way. You need to use programs similar to the one mentioned above.

Checking actions

It was mentioned above how you can check the availability of an access level using a special utility. But the application RootEZ» provides the ability to check for root access without installing third-party applications. There is no need to download it separately; it is included in the package of the above-mentioned application. On first launch virtual device in BlueStax, the following window will appear:

The BlueStacks program is designed to run Android applications on the Windows operating system. Essentially, it is a virtual Android running on top of Windows. But every experienced user of this operating system knows that to fully use it, you need to root it. There are many ways to root the BlueStacks emulator; in this article I will talk about the simplest in my opinion, which does not require memorizing and typing incomprehensible commands in the console.

Preparation

I have BlueStacks version installed: 0.8.11.3116. To find out what version you have, hover over the BlueStacks agent icon in the tray.

The following versions of the tools worked for me:

All of the above links lead to pages where you can download the necessary tools. If you don’t know which version to download for your “BlueStacks”, download the latest one, but not older than mine (I didn’t succeed with previous versions), since for sure, when you read this article, you will have more new version of "BlueStacks". Developers are actively releasing new versions, thereby reducing the likelihood of failure when used with new versions of BlueStacks.

The contents of all three archives must be placed in one folder, as in the figure:

Step-by-step instruction

Step 1

Disable the Internet in the BlueStacks emulator. Launch "BSNetBlocker" with administrator rights.

In the window that opens, click on the “Block Internet Connection” button.

Step 2

Launch BlueStacks with administrator rights.

Step 3

Launch "BSMultiTool" with administrator rights.

When the main window appears, press the "1" key.

After a few seconds, when the message appears: “Press any key to begin rooting process...”, press any key and wait for the rooting process to complete.

A green success message should appear.

Step 4 (optional)

Now you can install and run the Android application "Root Checker" and check for root presence in the "BlueStacks" emulator.

Every user of the BlueStacks 3 emulator wants to get full access to the capabilities of this program. This review will help with this.

The process of obtaining Root rights in BlueStacks 3 is quite simple and understandable even for an inexperienced user. All that is needed is:

  • desire to have full access rights;
  • read the review carefully;
  • find and use BlueStacksTweaker3.

The review consists of 3 parts. However, the first and third parts are more descriptive in nature. If you consider yourself sufficiently literate in this matter, then you can safely proceed directly to the second section.

Ready? Then let's begin.

  1. Preparatory stage. We determine the actual presence/absence of user rights. To do this, we will use any program that will check for root user rights, for example, Root Checker (if not, install it).

Having made sure that there is no access, we move on to the main part of the review - gaining full access to the engine.

  1. Obtaining Root rights - a few simple steps. To do this, you will need special software that will allow you to root. We suggest using. This program supports BlueStacks versions from 2.5.xx to 3.50.xx. Despite the fact that the program is simple and intuitive, we will consider in detail how to use this tweaker.
  1. Find and download the archive from BlueStacksTweaker3. Unpack it into the selected directory. Let's run the program:

  1. Tweaker is partially Russified, which makes it possible, if desired, to change the language.
  1. Forcefully stop BlueStacks and go to the desired tab – “Helpers”.
  1. We remove the installed software restriction (the “Unlock” button).

  1. We return to the main tab and launch the emulator again with the “Start BS” button.

  1. To get the desired result, run the patch and unlock the ability to obtain rights.

For further work we will need the “Superuser” utility for Android.

  1. The installer for the superuser is located in the Utils folder of the already downloaded BSTweaker3 (SuperSU_v2.79.apk file). Drag it to the Stax desktop.

  1. After installing SuperSU, launch it. Select the “Expert” user level and update the binary code as required by the system.

  1. Then we go to Google Play and update the program as a whole, re-updating the code if necessary.

  1. Let's return again to BlueStacksTweaker3. On the main page, click “Force Kill BS”, forcing Stax to stop (identical to Step 2).

Relaunching BlueStacks will provide you with expanded user rights.

  1. Checking the result. Launch Checker, click “CHECK ROOT” and enjoy the new opportunities that the acquired root rights provide.

Let's summarize:

  1. Getting root rights for Stax is not easy, but very simple. Even a novice and inexperienced user can do it.
  2. Time spent - 10-15 minutes, including studying this article.

Root is a special set of rights that allows you to perform any actions on the Android system. By default, such rights may be enabled. If Root is not available, then you will have to work a little on this process.

In BlueStacks, like in any Android device, it is possible to get full rights. There are many options, but most of them do not work or require in-depth knowledge of the Windows and Android operating systems. After several unsuccessful attempts, I finally managed to get Root rights to BlueStacks. This option is quite simple, and can be done by a novice user.

How to get Root rights in the BlueStacks emulator

1. To perform rooting, we need the BlueStacks program and a special BlueStacks Easy utility. The emulator can be downloaded from the official website, and this utility is freely available on the Internet.

2. Before you start rooting, you need to know the version of BlueStacks. This can be done by hovering the cursor over the icon. This option for obtaining root rights is suitable for versions 0.9 and higher.

If the emulator is running, you need to turn it off. Simply closing the window will not be enough, it will still be running in the background. To completely disable it, you need to find its icon in the tray and right-click on it. "Exit".

3. Now unpack our previously downloaded utility into any folder. I threw it on my desktop.

Let's get started with BlueStacks Easy. In the window that opens, select the tab "RootEZ". Click on the button "Auto Detect from Installed Bluestacks". This action automatically determines the path to Root.

4. In the field "Version" choose "0.9", and put a tick in the box "Signature". In the next column "Process" put "Rooting". Next, select "Method 2". Last column "Optional" leave unchanged. Click "Proceed".

5. After a couple of minutes, a special console will appear on the desktop. In theory, no user action is required. We wait up to 10 minutes. If the console still does not close itself, enter the command "rootkk".

6. Everything is ready. BlueStacks should now launch automatically. If everything went well, the Root Checker program will appear in the emulator, which checks for Root rights. If desired, you can install any application to perform such a check.

By the way, in the latest versions Root is already automatically integrated into the emulator, so the problem is relevant mainly in older versions.
