Poroshenko leaked Shariy channel. “I showed them the level”: how Shariy deceived Poroshenko’s Channel 5. “I’m sick of their nonsense”

The famous video blogger Anatoly Shariy recorded a video in which presenters Bogdan Butkevich and Roman Chaika broadcast his personal information. It turned out that this data was prepared specifically for them. How it was, I looked into the site

On air, the presenters showed the blogger’s “secret street filming” and a receipt for $16,000. As a result, all the information that appeared on air turned out to be fake, which Shariy and his colleague created specifically for Channel 5.

At the same time, journalists, having received this information in correspondence from a certain Dmitry Shevchenko, whose Facebook page contains publications from the website of Anatoly Shariy, and is also replete with links to opposition resources, did not bother to check the data at all. Photos of Shariy, his whereabouts, his receipt of money for propaganda activities from Kremlin agents, all this was taken for granted. Shariy and his team didn’t even have to try much to get the journalists on the hook.

Anatoly Shariy, in a commentary on the site, explained why he decided to “leak information” about himself, or, more simply, to divert it, specifically to “Channel 5.”

— Tell us, when did this idea come to your mind? Was it important to carry out this operation specifically with Channel 5?

— A.Sh.: This idea came to me back in December. I chose Channel 5 because I was sick of the insanity and nonsense they put out. Poroshenko officially declared and shouted that this channel belongs to him. Therefore, I decided to show them their level, how he and his channel reached the bottom, sank below the plinth.

— What do you think, after such a blunder on the part of the pro-government channel, how will they comment on this situation? Will they admit their failure?

— A.Sh.: You see, they are like monkeys in a cage who crap around themselves and don’t see it. The usual human logic does not apply to them, like I screwed up and should leave the profession. No. This is normal for such people. And they will continue to behave this way. But I think for Chaika it was a swan song. For those with an IQ above 11, it is clear that I will use this video in the non-public sphere, as I have repeatedly done when I received threats. And if necessary, I will use it to my advantage again.

— How do you assess the professionalism of Ukrainian journalists in general, the way they work with the information received?

— A.Sh.: The professional suitability of Ukrainian journalists is zero. The journalists of Hromadske TV, who received such bombshell data on the murder of Pavel Sheremet, were unable to use them and failed the investigation, working on it for as long as 8 months. This is a disgrace. Competent journalists who are passionate about their work, ask normal questions, do not silence their interlocutor, do not put him in a stupid position by asking stupid questions straight out, about the same Yanukovych billion. Most people ask questions in such a way that the interlocutor gets lost.

— Anatoly, data from two studies recently came out, according to which Ukraine, on the one hand, rose a couple of places in terms of freedom of speech (“Reporters Without Borders”), and on the other hand, in terms of trust in the media, it shared 4th place from the bottom with Gabon (institute Gallup). How is it that opposition media are being put under pressure, criminal cases are being opened, Ruslan Kotsaba is again facing trial, and the level of freedom of speech is supposedly growing?

— A.Sh.: Everything is very simple. The fact is that those who compile these ratings are as far from Ukraine as the Decembrists are from the people. The media is so constrained that they themselves do not report on the oppression. Several channels have already come under Poroshenko’s control. The scheme is this: the channel says that Poroshenko attacked us, and then after a couple of weeks they start making completely different content. Freedom of speech is crazy. When people on the streets are asked questions about the situation with freedom of speech in Ukraine, no one wants to answer. Everyone is afraid and no one is indignant. Here is the answer.

Yuri Stets May 31, 2017 resigned from the post of Minister of Propaganda of the Kyiv putschists. His health suddenly deteriorated after a huge scandal in the administration of illegitimate President Poroshenko. Perhaps he was not only scolded, but also kicked... The resignation happened a few hours after the release of a video on the Youtube channel of the famous media expert Anatoly Shariy, in which he enchantingly disgraced the liars of the presidential television channel Roman Chaika and Bogdan Butkevich.

Shariy, with the help of his reader, offered “confidential” information about himself to these two journalists. Without bothering to check the information received, Chaika and Butkevich published allegedly personal data of the blogger, his location and allegedly hidden filming of him on national air, which contradicts Law “On Information” of Ukraine. At the same time, on the air they called for revenge on the opposition blogger, setting the Kiev Gestapo (SBU) and even Foreign Intelligence killers against him.

However, the video with hidden footage of the blogger published on Petro Poroshenko’s Channel 5 turned out to be the author of Shariy himself, the full version of which he posted on his blog. At the end, Shariy says hello to Poroshenko personally, calling him who he really is.

Moreover, the “secret documents” about the fees allegedly received by Shariy for “Kremlin propaganda” (for this Butkevich and Chaika threatened the blogger with reprisals from the repressive-terrorist services of the putschist dictatorship) turned out to be a receipt handwritten by the blogger himself on some piece of paper. “Journalists” did not even notice the inconsistencies in the total sum of the “barn book” of Shariy’s Putin propaganda. Butkevich and Chaika showed all this to the whole of Ukraine.

The revealing video of the media expert received more than 633 thousand views within 24 hours, which caused a hysterical reaction in the Administration of President Poroshenko. The bloodthirsty propagandists of Channel 5 Roman Chaika and EspressoTV presenter Bogdan Butkevich grandly framed their curator, Minister of Propaganda Yuri Stets, with whom the scandalous broadcast against Anatoly Shariy was most likely agreed upon.

Anatoly Shariy is a famous blogger who criticizes the Ukrainian media for inciting ethnic and civil hatred, for incompetence and deceit. Shariy initiated an investigation into Bogdan Butkevich, who directly called for “ethnic cleansing” against members of the Immortal Regiment a month ago on EspressoTV. Butkevich is also known for his calls to “destroy 1.5 million people in Donbass,” which he voiced on Hromadske TV (a propaganda channel financed by the US State Department and the CIA). Chaika is the presenter of Channel 5, which is owned by the Kiev dictator.

A major scandal erupted in the Ukrainian information space. On Channel 5, which belongs to the president of the country, the presenters published personal data and compromising information about opposition blogger Anatoly Shariy, who moved to Europe a long time ago. Later it turned out that Shariy himself played a prank on the journalists by slipping them a fake. As a result, the Minister of Information of Ukraine resigned. understood the details of what happened.

The investigation is underway

Anatoly Shariy is a well-known blogger who ridicules and criticizes the Ukrainian media for inciting hatred, spreading fake news and incompetence. on his YouTube channel More than a million people have signed up. Each video collects several hundred thousand views - many times more than stories on Ukrainian television. The Ukrainian authorities have long been trying to do something against the journalist. From time to time, dubious incriminating evidence is published in the media; the blogger’s channel was blocked due to numerous complaints. However, the more stereotyped the Ukrainian information space becomes, the more popular Shariy gains. The largest one took on the task of discrediting him, but it didn’t turn out very well either...

Presenter Roman Chaika and his colleague Bogdan Butkevich, invited from the Espresso TV channel, decided to expose the blogger. The latter is known for called for shoot the members of the “Immortal Regiment” and destroy 1.5 million residents of Donbass. Journalists paid attention to Shariy broadcast of the program“For Tea.com” May 29. Chaika and Butkevich explained that a certain Facebook user provided them with exclusive information. In particular, there were allegations that Shariy received fees for “Kremlin propaganda.” The presenters showed “secret street filming” and a “receipt” for 16 thousand dollars. In addition, Shariy’s place of residence was “revealed.” They reported that he lived in the Polish city of Gdynia, indicated the exact address and telephone number, and found the building on the map. “Call, call, send letters of happiness, wish him health,” Butkevich urged, although the disclosure of personal data is a violation of the Law “On Information” of Ukraine. The presenters were not embarrassed by this; they demanded that the SBU and even the Foreign Intelligence Service get involved in order to punish the blogger.

In addition, the presenters stated that Shariy works in a certain Gremi-personal office, which is engaged in fake employment of Ukrainians. According to the presenters, some clients of the office are being “thrown away for money.” As evidence, footage was shown of a man resembling Shariy waiting for someone at the entrance to this organization.

Hello Poroshenko

Chaika and Butkevich did not hide their joy at the loud revelation, but the rosy mood quickly passed. All the information announced turned out to be fake, as stated in my blog told Shariy himself. In particular, he posted the full version of the filming at the supposed office of a Polish company. There he says hello to Poroshenko and calls him a representative of sexual minorities. In addition, Shariy demonstrates how he personally draws up the very “receipt” that was shown on Channel 5. The journalists did not even notice the inconsistencies in the total amount of the “barn book”. Interestingly, all this information was transmitted to Roman Chaika via Facebook by reader Shariy, user. He showed how he had been corresponding with Chaika since December 2016, sending him photographs. He, in turn, didn’t even bother to check them and believed every word of the unknown user. Although Shevchenko’s page contains links to Shariy’s website and other opposition resources.

“Imagine if this happened in France. The president has his own channel, and on its air two offended journalists publish the personal information of a blogger, whose crime is only that he criticizes this very government, the same president, and dared to criticize the channel and, in particular, these two offended . Can you imagine what will happen in France? Because France is a civilized state, but what we are dealing with is an uncivilized state, absolutely limitless, laws don’t work there, nothing works there at all,” Shariy summed up.

IN next issue In his program, Chaika called himself a victim of a special information operation. He told how he received information about the blogger, and noted that he was still tormented by doubts: “On the one hand, the snake is sharpening - what if it’s Sharia’s man and a scammer. On the other hand, there is suspicion of committing serious criminal offenses.” “In the end, I decided to go public and then hear the answer,” the presenter justified himself.

But the consequences could no longer be stopped. On May 31, the Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine, curator of Channel 5, Yuriy Stets, resigned. He himself indicated his health status as the reason. “There are no political or other motives,” said department secretary Artem Bidenko. However, the Glavnovosti portal, citing its own sources, reported that the scandal caused a sharp reaction in the administration of Petro Poroshenko and it was because of this that Stets resigned.

“I’m sick of their nonsense”

Anatoly Shariy told Lenta.ru how the special operation against Channel 5 was prepared and what he thinks about Ukrainian journalism in general.

Lenta.ru: Anatoly, was it important for you to check the professionalism of Channel 5 journalists?

Shariy: On the one hand, this is Poroshenko’s personal channel; he himself has spoken about this more than once. On the other hand, this channel constantly spreads fake news. They fell through the cracks a long time ago, I constantly pointed out lies on their broadcasts, but they didn’t even remove it from their website. I'm fed up with their nonsense and insanity, their lack of professionalism. So I decided to show them their level.

Do you connect the dismissal of Yuri Stets with this scandal?

Knowing Poroshenko’s hysteria, I can imagine what kind of scandal he created in his administration, as Stetsya scolded him. They talk about health problems. I think that after Poroshenko’s hysterics, these problems became such that there was no other way out but resignation.

How do you generally assess the work of Ukrainian journalists?

This cannot be called journalism. This is a lie, propaganda, zombieing of people. Anything but journalism. Any dissenters, any alternative opinion is denied, labeled as a “Kremlin agent”, “agent”. Ukrainian journalism has sunk to the bottom; it simply doesn’t exist. There are some people who treat their business conscientiously, but in general it looks unprofessional and unscrupulous. People earn their money and don’t even think about what they are getting into.

International organizations talk about improving the situation with freedom of speech in Ukraine. For example, in April the Reporters Without Borders ranking was published, where the country rose five places. What is this connected with?

International organizations are as far from Ukraine as the Decembrists are from the people. They notice only what they want to notice and do not see what they do not want to see. In reality, Ukrainian prisons are filled with those who made some incorrect repost on social networks. The media are afraid and do not talk about the oppression themselves. A typical situation is when some more or less independent channel begins to sound the alarm, talks about pressure, and after a couple of weeks it already broadcasts exclusively distilled news about the successes of the authorities.

Journalists have been dealt with more than once in Ukraine. The Channel 5 story that caused a scandal contained calls for the SBU to deal with you. Aren't you scared?

I am under the protection of the Office of the High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), I can also contact the intelligence services of European countries. At the end of the day, I can take care of myself. This is not the first time my personal data has appeared in public space, I have received threats, but I see no reason to be afraid. They're just bastards, it's a shame to be afraid of them. Besides, in Europe you still can’t just come to a person and start performing something. Here they will be put in the same cell with the Arabs for life, everyone understands this.

IN Now Anatoly Shariy is simply obliged to marry on Poroshenko’s channel

This story began dramatically: Poroshenko’s TV channel published the personal data of blogger Anatoly Shariy. Thus, the channel employees answered their own question: “What to do with him?”

Whether it is necessary to do anything at all with the blogger is another question :-) TV people working for Poroshenko believe that those who expose their lies must certainly be fought - and not with a different point of view, but directly with the people who have it express. Well, this is the fascist journalists’ point of view on professional journalism; they consider this behavior normal for journalists.

However, what at first looked like a gross violation of the laws of all countries and all ethical norms (except for fascist ethics, of course :-), as it turned out, has a very interesting second bottom. The fact is that the journalists working for Poroshenko, for all their meanness, are very simple-minded people and, despite their advanced age, continue to believe in Santa Claus. So Anatoly Shariy and his team explained to them that Santa Claus does not exist :-)

If you know people who are eager to fight you, offer them help - not on your own behalf, of course :-) The intelligence services have been identifying and imprisoning potential terrorists this way for a long time.

Channel 5 journalist Roman Chaika and EspressoTV presenter Bogdan Butkevich framed not only their curator, Minister of Information Yuriy Stets, but also President Petro Poroshenko himself. Due to the blogger's provocation, the minister resigned today.

Anatoly Shariy is a well-known blogger who criticizes the Ukrainian media for inciting hatred and incompetence. As Glavnovosti wrote, Shariy initiated an investigation into Bogdan Butkevich, who directly called for “ethnic cleansing” against members of the Immortal Regiment a month ago on EspressoTV. Butkevich is also known for his calls to “destroy 1.5 million people in Donbass,” which he voiced on Hromadske TV. Chaika is the presenter of Channel 5, owned by President Poroshenko.

Shariy, with the help of his reader, offered “confidential” information about himself to these two journalists. Without bothering to check the information received, Chaika and Butkevich published allegedly personal data of the blogger, his location and allegedly hidden filming on national air, which contradicts the Law “On Information” of Ukraine. At the same time, on live television they called for revenge on the opposition blogger, inciting the SBU and even the Foreign Counterintelligence Service against him. The video with hidden footage of the blogger published on Petro Poroshenko’s Channel 5 turned out to be the author of Shariy himself, the full version of which he posted on his blog. At the end, Shariy says hello to Poroshenko personally, calling him an obscene word.

Moreover, the “secret documents” about the fees Shari allegedly received for “Kremlin propaganda” (for which Butkevich and Chaika threatened the blogger with reprisals from the SBU and Foreign Intelligence) turned out to be a receipt handwritten by the blogger himself on some piece of paper. “Journalists” did not even notice the inconsistencies in the total sum of the “barn book” of Shariy’s Putin propaganda. Butkevich and Chaika showed all this to the whole of Ukraine.

As Glavnovosti learned from its own sources, this video, which received more than half a million views in less than a day, caused a sharp reaction in the Administration of President Poroshenko, including scandals from the owner of Channel 5.

Half a day after the video was released, Information Minister Yuriy Stets, the curator of Poroshenko, 5th and other Ukrainian channels, resigned.

All these are the consequences of yesterday's video.
