Minuses
- Unlimited MTS calls within Russia are cool, of course, but these calls consume the package of minutes. A little mean.
- The minutes of calls and SMS included in the package are valid only in your home region; all calls and SMS to other regions, except calls to MTS, are paid!
- Unused minutes, SMS and traffic are not carried over to the next month.
- When you connect/switch to a tariff, a “bunch” of additional options are activated, in particular: GoodOk, someone called you! etc. Be sure to disable services you don’t need through your personal account if you don’t want unnecessary “writing off” of money from your account.
- If you insert a SIM card with the “My Smart” tariff into the modem, Internet access will be blocked.
- The volume of minutes is equal to the volume of sms. If I call a lot and text a little and want to choose 600 minutes and 100 SMS? There is no such option and I have to pay for services I don’t need.

Once again they are trying to force subscribers to pay more for fewer services. Eg:
- The cheapest package “My Smart” is 200 minutes and SMS and 10 GB. Internet - 500 ₽ per month;
- The cheapest package “My Unlimited” is 300 minutes and SMS and 4 GB. Internet - 480 ₽ per month;
Everything seems to be correct, they reduced the minutes, added internet and the price is almost the same, but on the “My Unlimited” tariff, 300 minutes are valid for calls throughout Russia, and on the “My Smart” tariff - only on calls at home. Do you feel the difference?
Another example: All subscribers on the “My Unlimited” tariff were connected to the popular “VSet” service for free. This is no longer available on the “My Smart” tariff and this option is already available for a fee of 4 ₽ per day.
As a result, I do not advise those subscribers who use the “My Unlimited” tariff to connect “My Smart”. It will be “stupidly” more expensive. “Sit” on your tariff until MTS starts forcibly transferring everyone.

The Smart mini tariff from MTS is the minimum package of services in the Smart tariff line from MTS, which is designed for smartphone users who rarely use Internet connections and have average call activity. Nevertheless, the tariff program provides all the necessary opportunities for convenient surfing on the Internet.
The Smart Mini MTS package is provided on the following terms:

Free SMS can be sent only to subscribers of the region in which you are located; sending messages outside the region will be subject to a fee. SMS also become paid when the package is exhausted.
International communications are subject to standard MTS terms and conditions. If you frequently make calls abroad, it is recommended to activate the “Benefit calls to other countries” service.
Internet on Smart tariff
Internet access for mobile communications users from MTS is possible almost throughout Russia without restrictions. The conditions for its provision are the same, with some exceptions, so in most cases there is no need to connect additional options.
The free traffic on the Smart tariff is enough for communication, navigation, reading news and online games. But 5 GB may not be enough for music and watching videos. If the package ends before it is updated, Internet access may be blocked.

The default tariff includes the option of automatic Internet renewal. When the main traffic ends, the Internet is added in additional packages of 500 MB for 95 rubles. There can be up to 15 such extensions per month. Unused megabytes are burned during monthly updates.
If necessary, the Automatic renewal option can be disabled using the command *111*936#.
To independently extend the Internet only when you need it, use one of the “Turbo buttons”. This option allows you to connect from 100 MB to 20 GB one-time, which will be available within 30 days from the moment of activation. When updating services on a tariff, the traffic connected by the “Turbo button” is consumed first.
If the Internet often ends prematurely, but you are satisfied with the basic conditions of MTS that apply to the “Smart” tariff, activate the “+Internet” service.
